Build Notes
Damage-through-defense variant. Thunderbolt scales off total hybrid defense and hits everyone around the target, which is exactly what the Soaring state's area basic attacks deliver, so every defensive item in this list is also a damage item. Take it when the draft already has a main tank and Kaja is free to fly at the clump.
