The thought process behind the build is to stack mana as fast as possible Demon Shoes -> 2 power crystals + elegant gem -> rest of the build Benefits of stacking mana early: - 1st skill damage scales faster with mana -> more early damage - more mana means more 1st skill uses, which means more stacks/mana, leading to more damage overall As for emblem: - ms from assassin emblem fits cecilion's playstyle better than the cdr from mage emblem - flat magic pen early hits harder than a bit more magic power in early game Late game, can replace CoD -> Holy Crystal and genius wand -> divine glaive
