Critical Chance and Cooldown ReductionCritical Chance and Cooldown Reduction were the quiet engines behind the build. One fed the burst, the other kept the rhythm moving. Together, they turned every rotation into a cycle of pressure, with no wasted openings and no dead time between threats. The idea was simple: land your key hits more often, then bring your strongest tools back faster. With enough Critical Chance, the spikes became reliable instead of lucky. With enough Cooldown Reduction, the whole kit stopped feeling limited and started feeling relentless. That balance mattered. Too much focus on one and the build would stutter. Too much of the other and the damage lost its edge. The best setups found the midpoint where every window mattered, every cast counted, and every crit felt like it belonged.
