She will be available on December 27 (Server Time). A cheerful performer who spreads fun and wonderment wherever she goes.
Cici generates Delight after dealing damage, gaining Movement Speed and Spell Vamp which will be doubled at full stacks.
Cici throws Yoyo at the nearest enemy within range and locks onto them. Cici can move and use other skills during this attack.
Cici leaps to a target location. If she lands on an enemy, she deals Physical Damage to them and leaps again in the Joystick direction.
Cici throws Yoyo at a target enemy hero and links them with another nearby enemy hero, slowing them and forcing them to stay within a certain distance of one another.
During this time, Cici can use Yo-Yo Blitz to attack both linked targets at the same time. If only one target is within the range of Yo-Yo Blitz, Cici will attack the target twice.
