## Data Provenance

All statistics are sourced from Moonton's official GMS and MAPI data APIs, not third-party scraping. Counter matchup data reflects head-to-head ranked outcomes. Tier rankings use a composite score built on ranked win rate against a 50% baseline, adjusted by up to one win-rate point for the share of drafts a hero is picked or banned in. That bound is per hero: draft pressure can move a hero into a neighbouring tier, and no hero below 53% win rate reaches S or below 50.5% reaches A, but two heroes adjusted in opposite directions can invert by up to two points of win rate.
